Resident Services (RS) staff is available to listen to, share, and reflect back the needs of the community. Our Resident Services department works on an individual level with residents and closely with our LSW, Property Management, and Development teams to maintain operations that value our residents above all else.
Resident Engagement activities include annual celebrations such as our Winter Holiday Luncheon and monthly block parties during the summer, and holding resident forums throughout the year. Organizational developments and access to external opportunities & resources are often transmitted through resident engagement efforts.
Through Resident Engagement, we stay connected to the community, our values, and to each other.
